CLEANER
EPX 801 |
|
| |
It is used on multilayer boards fabrication as the
first step to remove eventual resin smears produced during boards
drilling. It swells the resin allowing its removal with
the following step with the EPX 802 Conditioner promoting the
electroless copper adhesion. It works between 20 and 25ºC during
2 to 4 minutes. |

AMOLECEDOR
EPX-2000 |
|
| |
It
is used on multilayer boards fabrication as the
first step to remove eventual resin smears produced during boards
drilling. It swells the resin allowing its removal with
the following step with the EPX 802 Conditioner promoting the
electroless copper adhesion. It works between 65 and 75ºC during
4 to 6 minutes. |

CONDICIONADOR
EPX-802 |
|
| |
This is the second step
of the desmearing process, before the electroless line. Based
on alkaline permanganate chemistry, it creates a micro-roughness
on the hole wall promoting a better uniformity and adhesion
of the electroless copper, eliminating any possibility of
the copper wall being pulled away. It works between 70 and 80ºC,
in 10 to 15 minutes. |

REDUTOR
EPX 803 |
|
| |
It is used as a chemical reducer and neutralizer for the permanganate
left on the board after the rinsing of the EPX 802 during the
processing of multilayer boards before the electroless line.
It removes any trace of permanganate absorbed by the hole wall.
It works between 20 and 30ºC, in 2 to 4 minutes. |
