circuit boards. It is particularly recommended for very fine
line patterns. It features a very high etching rate, vertical
side wall, low undercutting and very high yield. Superetch
160 is a very convenient and low costs product.

operational yield keeping the copper ion concentration between
160 and 170 g/l.

due to the buffering properties of its chemical composition.

high etching rate allows large or small single sided manufacturers
of paper base laminate boards afford this Super Etch
replacing acid etchants with no attack to solvent
based or alkaline soluble etching resists.
